What is it?
Rebump is an automated email follow-up service for Gmail and G-suite users.
How does it Work?
When you send an email with Rebump, it keeps track of that message and reports you up on its status, and its position on the recipient’s inbox.
If the recipient does not open your email on a set period of time, the software will send them a brief followup message to “bump” it up, keeping it relevant and visible.
You can edit the contents of these followups, dictating what they say, when their going to be sent and how many bumps your contact will receive. Each sequence you create can have up to ten bumps, but you can create as many as you want.
If you’re worried about your messages sounding generic due to its automation, don’t worry, you can add custom variables that make them seem manually sent.
So how do you use Rebump?
After installing it, a checkbox will appear on your email composition tab, clicking it will put that email on the app’s radar for tracking.
If the contact’s information is not on your Rebump’s database you can add it in, on the go, by filling up a form that will show as a pop up before your email is sent, it will then save this data to your email list.
If you already have an email list, you can import it to Rebump from any platform, file, or in the form of CSV (comma separated values).
Who is it for?
Most people today can associate, at least, one case of professional success to sending an email, and if they were to tell their stories, the fear of their message getting buried underneath a mountain of other emails would be almost omnipresent.
What Rebump offers is a safety net that separates you from this fear becoming a reality, through a clever little system that not only saves time but significantly increases reply rates.
People who have used Rebump report growths up to 50% in their response rate, compared to how much they charge for their service, it becomes clear this app is nothing to scoff at.
And it does so without losing that necessary personal touch that captivates your recipients, when it sends those bumps, it’s you, not the app messaging them.
So while the competition is nervously sending followup emails manually, you can focus on closing deals and improving your business.
